SPRING VALLEY, USA (defend.ht) - Tempo Maestro, Moise Herard, announced the end of his kompa career in order to run for Mayor of Spring Valley, where he hopes to replace Noramie Jasmin, the first Haitian-American mayor of New York embattled with corruption charges.

At this point, Herard says he is "considering" running for the position in this year's elections and has already established an action and exploratory committee to review his possibilities.

In either case, Herard said whether it is this year, or in four year, he "absolutely will" run for the seat. He told Kompa Magazine! that this means the end of the band Tempo.
