CAP-HAITIEN, Haiti (defend.ht) - An agricultural program called "Avanse" or "Forward" hoping to rehabilitate roads and construct 120 km of rural roads, double the production of farmers of corn, rice, cocoa, plantains, bananas and beans within five years was launched in Cap-Haitien on Thursday.
